Would you like to billed for someone to prepare your bill? Would you like a lawyer to give everything away to the other side? These are just a few of a member of my families negative experiences with this firm over the course of 7 years. There are however, local lawyers in this town that do fight for clients....as they should for the silly hourly rates charged. The only win that happened, was when she went to court for herself. Honestly, pass this firm up if you need compassion for what you are going through.

I retained Clare Ashclarke in January 2021 to help me with my separation and divorce. She was really great to work with. I really appreciated how she was very supportive and knowledgeable and presented me with multiple options related to my case. She responded to all my questions quickly and efficiently and always let me know if she was going to have limited communication or be unavailable for a certain amount of time due to a trial. I never felt like I was left in the dark about what was happening and had confidence in the legal advice she was giving me and that she had my best interests at heart. I have since recommended Clare to other friends needing family law advice as I was really pleased with the outcome of my situation and how Clare represented me. When I have heard other people complain about their lawyers it’s usually because they don’t get back to them in a timely way and that was not the case with Clare! Without Clare I would not have known my options and how best to move forward. Kim is one of the best criminal lawyers around! I had the privilege and pleasure of gaining some legal assistance experience through volunteer work for her in late 2017. Kim worked diligently with all of her clients and worked into late hours of the night. She took phone calls while trying to eat her dinner and let her clients and their families pour their hearts out to her. Kim has a heart of gold and she will fight for justice which is why she is known as a shark in the courtroom. The woman is brilliant and beautiful inside and out. Doesn't return calls very well

Mr. Shankar and his entire team were absolutely amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, compassionate, responsive, etc. Listened and worked with what was best for my family and provided sound advice and guidance. He did in months what took other lawyers' years. I would highly recommend - you will not be disappointed. He is honest and ethical and works very hard.
